Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante is one of three exclusive Aspria sports clubs in Brussels. It is the largest of our Brussels clubs with a fitness area, swimming-pools, child friendly fitness studios, a spa, a restaurant, a hotel and a huge outdoor area with a spacious spa garden, 7 tennis courts, a children’s play area, a relaxation garden and an outdoor fitness trail.

Family is at the heart of Aspria, which is why we launched our Aspria Academy. The Aspria Academy helps to create the foundations today for your children’s future development and education. Our variety of academic and physical programmes ensures that your children can learn and develop a variety of skills including physical, creative, personal and social within a safe and engaging environment for 0-18 year olds. Whatever your wellbeing goal is, our wellbeing team and expert personal trainers will make sure you achieve it. They'll provide you with individual support and personalised advice, tailored just for you. Our personal trainers will create a bespoke training programme and supervise your workouts to help motivate and challenge you so that you can reach your full potential. You'll also benefit from their expert knowledge, as they can advise you on nutrition and health problems and inform you about the latest developments in wellbeing research. Individual training for triathlons and multidisciplinary sports is also possible.
