KANGATRAINING is the ultimate workout for mommies + babies. The special thing about it is that the baby spends most of its time in its baby sling or carrier.
KANGATRAINING is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Naturally, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.
KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor muscles and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout.
In addition to the 8-week in-house training course, it is important for moms to work out at home twice per week with the DVD in order to see and feel the change they desire.
Mothers who have "successfully completed" a POSTNATAL CHECK UP at their gynacologist (6- 10 weeks following birth) are welcome to join us!
P.S.: The name ‘Kangatraining’ comes from ‘Winnie the Poo’ where one character is the kangaroo mother Kanga with her baby Roo!
PreKanga is designed specifically for mothers-to be and is only instructed by qualified fitness professionals. This safe workout combines light cardio, strength training as well as pelvic floor preperation for your upcoming delivery. Myfascial Release techniques are also used to help with loosening up those tight muscle groups.
