Ο «Περίπλους» αποτελεί το σημείο συνάντησης του ελληνικού στοιχείου στις Βρυξέλλες.

Σκοπός, από την ίδρυσή του το 1992, η ενημέρωση Ελλήνων και φιλελλήνων για καλλιτεχνικά και λογοτεχνικά δρώμενα με γεύση Ελλάδας στις Βρυξέλλες.

Εγκατεστημένος σε ένα αρχοντικό κτήριο στο κέντρο της ευρωπαϊκής συνοικίας (στον άξονα Συμβούλιο - Επιτροπή - Κοινοβούλιο) προσφέρει στους απαιτητικούς πελάτες του μια ποικιλία πρωτότυπων αντικειμένων υψηλής ποιότητας (κοσμήματα, διακοσμητικά, γλυπτά, πίνακες...) καθώς και μια αξιόλογη συλλογή βιβλίων, cd και dvd.

Ο πολυχώρος «Περίπλους» οργανώνει λογοτεχνικές συναντήσεις, εκθέσεις ζωγραφικής, γλυπτικής, φωτογραφίας καθώς και χειροποίητων κοσμημάτων και αποτελεί πόλο συνάντησης, πολιτιστικής ανταλλαγής και εκπροσωπεί τις ελληνικές Καλές Τέχνες στις Βρυξέλλες.

Έχει κερδίσει ένα ευρύ πολυεθνικό κοινό, όλες οι εθνικότητες της Ε.Ε. και όχι μόνο είναι παρούσες.

«Périple» est le lieu de rencontre du monde contemporain grec à Bruxelles.

Dès son inauguration en 1992, il a eu pour objectif de mettre en contact les Grecs de Belgique -et tout particulièrement ceux de Bruxelles- avec les événements artistiques et littéraires lancés au pays.

Très vite, un large public philhellène y a adhéré.

Lové dans une élégante maison de maître au cœur même du quartier européen (entre Conseil, Commission et Parlement), la « boutique » offre aux amateurs avisés une variété d’articles originaux haut de gamme (bijoux, objets décoratifs, sculptures, tableaux...) ainsi qu’une remarquable sélection de livres, cd et dvd.

L’Espace «Périple» organise des conférences littéraires, des expositions de peinture, de sculpture, de bijoux artisanaux, de photos, et devient ainsi un pôle vivant de rencontres et d’échanges culturels ainsi qu’une réelle vitrine et ambassade des Beaux-Arts grecs à Bruxelles Outre ses adeptes grecs, «Périple» fidélise un large public multinational, toutes les nationalités de l’UE s’y côtoient.

« Périple » represents the meeting point in Brussels with the contemporary Greek world. Since its inauguration in 1992, the aim has been to bring together Greeks from Belgium-especially those in Brussels- with artistic and literary events. It has also increasingly attracted large numbers of philhellene.

It is situated in an elegant mansion inside the European «quarter» (on the axis between the European Parliament, the Council of the EU and the European Commission) and offers to its exigent customers, a variety of original high-quality goods (jewelry, decorative items, sculptures, paintings etc) as well as a plethora of music CDs and DVDs books,.

« Périple » constitutes a multiple-purpose venue for exhibiting paintings, sculpture, photographs and hand-made jewelry as well as for literary meetings, book presentations and acts as a key location for inter-cultural exchanges. It is the showcase for Greek fine arts in Brussels.

In addition to Greeks, Periplus attracts a large multinational following from among all the nationalities of the EU and beyond.

The atmosphere is perfectly Greek! A change of scenery is guaranteed!
