'I Belgi Barbari e Poeti' is an exhibition of Belgian Art between the 20th and the 21st century.

Under the High Patronage of His Majesty the King of the Belgians and the President of the Italian Republic.

‘I Belgi. Barbari e Poeti’ reveals the intrepid pace, the turbulent, innovative and concurrently (alongside) soft and intriguing poetics of the Belgian artists of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Through a series of masterful works of the most famous artists of our flat country, the exhibition illustrates the originality of this hybrid nation, where grimace and carnival cultivate a distinctively quirky (an offbeat) humor. The self-deprecation stupefying the pride of our big neighbors is hereby honored.

At a time when culture in Belgium seems weighed down by lead in it’s wing, we are proud to organize a quality independent exhibition.
