Glimps is an Open Design & Innovation Studio that turns waste resources into new biodegradable materials.

With our community of biologists, bio-engineers, material scientists, makers, designers and architects, we seek to co-create a new sense of materiality.

Cooperating with nature, we transform urban, agricultural and food waste into bio-materials for applications in art, architecture and design. Connecting the end of the cycle with the beginning and thus making it a circular system.

We position ourselves at the intersection between design, biology and digital fabrication.
