A EMN vê-se como a principal rede de instituições na Europa ao integrar pessoas excluídas, permitindo-lhes tornarem-se cidadãos ativos, ao transformar uma ideia em realidade, ao tomar o seu destino nas suas próprias mãos e, deste modo, contribuir positivamente para a sociedade.
