pasty cream(creme patissiere) - the puding in the eclair! it can be with vanilla-chocolate-coffee-raspberry-strawberry- and also can be mix with whipped cream...
whipped cream-it can be plain-coffee-cacao
FOR TO ADD INSIDE:
chocolate drops /
fresh raspberries /fresh strawberries /fresh banana/ fresh kiwi
canned pineapple-canned sourcherries.
