Vertaald door Google De test: OK, de betaling: OK, de verzending van het certificaat: ERROR! Mijn voornaam staat niet op mijn certificaat. Mijn werkgever weigert daarom mijn attest. Geen contact met de British Council en ik heb nog maar 2 dagen 30 december 2022 om mijn certificaat in te dienen om het geldig te maken. Geen manier om zijn account in te voeren om de naam aan te passen en het certificaat opnieuw uit te geven. British Council: Neem zo snel mogelijk contact met mij op! Origineel Le test : OK, le paiement : OK, l'envoi du certificat : ERREUR ! Mon prénom ne figure pas sur mon certificat. Mon employeur refuse donc mon certificat. Aucun contact avec British Council et je n'ai plus que 2 jours le 30.12.2022 pour rentrer mon certificat pour qu'il soit valide. Aucun moyen de rentrer sur son compte pour adapter le nom et rééditer le certificat. British council : Please contact me ASAP !
Vertaald door Google Beste IELTS-gemeenschap, we zijn momenteel op zoek naar collega's die hebben deelgenomen aan de nieuwe IELTS-indicatorentest. Blijkbaar ondervonden veel testpersonen ernstige technische problemen, die werden verergerd door het feit dat de klantenservice van de British Council niet in staat of bereid was om het toegenomen aantal vragen te behandelen. Deze incidenten leidden tot vertraagde toetsresultaten met als gevolg dat studenten hun aanmeldingsdeadline voor de universiteit niet haalden of toetsresultaten die zogenaamd in de war raakten door systematische fouten in het online systeem dat verantwoordelijk is voor de scoretoekenning. Als u soortgelijke problemen heeft ondervonden met de IELTS-indicator, neem dan gerust contact op met [email protected], zodat we onze actie kunnen coördineren om ervoor te zorgen dat potentiële testpersonen geen last hebben van de structurele tekortkomingen van de IELTS-indicator in de toekomst. Bij voorbaat dank en het allerbeste, Sebastiaan Origineel Dear IELTS community, we are currently searching for colleagues who took part in the new IELTS indicator test. Apparently many test takers experienced serious technical difficulties, that were aggravated by the fact that the British Council customer support was not able or willing to handle the increased level of queries. These incidents led to delayed test results resulting in students missing their application deadlines for university or test results that supposedly got mixed up due to systematic errors in the online system responsible for the score allocation. If you have experienced similar issues with the IELTS Indicator, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] so we can coordinate our action to make sure that prospective test takers do not suffer from the structural deficits of IELTS Indicator in the future. Het belangrijkste is dat al hun antwoorden duidelijk en gedetailleerd zijn. Ik heb echt een positieve ervaring, zelfs voordat ik naar het examen ging. Origineel They are really an amazing 'exam' team. I got a reply to every single email i have sent with no delay. The most important thing is that all of their answers are clear and detailed. I have really a positive experince even before attending the exam.
