Antwerp Business Flats offers 3 spacious apartments (120m²) in the centre of Antwerp City and in the heart of the world Diamond Centre. There is a stairway and an elevator available in the building.

Antwerp is situated at the cross-roads of international traffic. A half hour drive from Brussels, the capital of Belgium and home to the headquarters of the European Community and NATO.

The apartments are situated in a semi-residential area, only a 1 minute walk from World Diamond Centre, Diamond High Council, Diamond Bourse…
A 7 minutes’ drive from Antwerp Seaport.

It takes a 15 minutes’ drive to Antwerp Airport (Deurne) and 45 a minutes’ drive to the international Brussels Airport (Zaventem). Antwerp Airport assures direct flights to and from several European capitals and the international Brussels Airport has connections all over the world.

Surrounded by several elegant restaurants, bars and pubs, the renovated central train- and metro-station (Thalys to Paris or Eurostar to London) is only 200 meters away. From the apartment it is only 3 stops by metro to the "Groenplaats"/City Centre. There you will find a lot of nice costs and great restaurants and bars.

The apartments are fully equipped.
Each apartment has a bedroom and a separate private office (can easily be transformed into a 2nd bedroom). The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and TV.
The bathroom can be reached by both bedrooms. There is a separate toilet in the spacious hall.

Free WI-FI is available in the whole building.
The whole apartment has a parquet floor and floor heating. The kitchen and bathroom have tiles.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler and kitchen supplies that can serve up to 6 diners.

There is a washing machine and a dryer available in the stowage room.

Bed, bath and kitchen linen are being provided and are replaced weekly during cleaning. Trash pick-up is taken care of twice a week. Extra cleaning is available against costs.

The apartments can be rented as from one week to a longer period.

There is only one fixed price which includes everything: your rent, the cleaning of your linen, water and energy costs, weekly cleaning etc. NO additional costs afterwards.
