On March 11th 2011, the massive earthquake and subsequent tsunami hit Japan and caused catastrophic damage, taking away the precious lives of thousands of people.
We all witnessed on screen the many unbelievable images of the giant waves of the tsunami swallowing houses and cars in the blink of an eye. What were your impressions when you heard about this disaster?
Now, the people of Japan are facing enormous challenges ahead. Regard- less of our nationality, spoken language or cultural differences, what can we do to help Japan together?

Act for Japan.be is a group of Japanese artists in Belgium. We are trying to unite our efforts and act to support our home country.
From Belgium, where we are blessed with a rich cultural environment and opportunity to share our art, we pray for Japan’s rebirth and declare the message that no matter how hard it may be, Japan will rise up and shine again, just like the sun always rises in the morning.
In this time of darkness, Japan needs your support. Until the day we overcome the difficulties and smile again, we will join our hands and act for Japan.
