Geschiedenis

Allow me to introduce you the solo artist Vinny Weft, singer songwriter living in Antwerp Belgium. Born in Congo and grow up in South Africa, Cape Town.
Vinny Weft started music in a dance group by imitating rap artist since he was 12 years old. AA TV, Raga TV and RTNC national Congolese TV-channels produced the group.
Vinny moved to South Africa with his big brother Alan, running from the war in Congo.


Vinny talking:
I kept on chasing my dream. Even though I didn’t like schools that much when I was a teenager.
Once my Dad told me:
"One day you will know the values of education and you will pay for your own schools"... He was right. Before I realized it, he was gone.
Today I share my education and the knowledge that I have got from the older generation.
Music still my passion, reality is my inspiration and the past is my lesson
I believe in every move I do and every step I make.

Vinny his music has an urban influence
He is been already touring since 2014 every year in Africa as a solo artist.
