"USHU was set up in 2008 to represent the interests of all categories of staff working in European Union delegations, regardless their employer - European Commission or External Action Service.USHU is the efficient staff association that relays all collective or individual concerns and works closely with Union for Unity U4U in the framework of a Regroupement Syndical.As an organisation, we have been present in the CLP HU, the local staff committee for Delegations in Brussels for the past 10 years. As a result, we have gained valuable lessons and have good contacts in place. We know the rulebook of our Staff Regulations by heart and can get traction on issues."
