Tousensemble Publishing is a joint venture existing of CNR Holding BVBA, Regoli Publishing and Cloud 9 Music Publishing based in Belgium.

Tousensemble Publishing is representing the music rights of Regi Penxten, De Romeo's, Lost Frequencies and many more.
We also represent international songs form our partner Cloud 9 Music including Armin Van Buren, Hardwell, Daniel Gibson (Within Temptation), Han Kooreneef, Gareth Emery and Arty.
We also represent international songs from our partner Downtown Music Benelux including the works of such diverse writer/artists as The Beatles, John Lennon & Yoko Ono, The Kinks, Hans Zimmer, Mötley Crüe, Seal, Ellie Goulding, and Neon Trees.
Furthermore we represent a large number of catalogues as sub-publisher in the Benelux.
Cloud 9 Music opened its doors on 1 December 2004, and has since become one of the leading music companies in the world.
Cloud 9 Records represents artists such as Hardwell, Nick & Simon, Rochelle, Sevn Alias, Josylvio, Mr. Polska, Dannic, Jebroer and many more. It also represents labels like Revealed, Nouveau Riche, Hard With Style, Fonk and Masters of Hardcore. Over the last decade, its compilation division has enjoyed the biggest market-share – apart from the major player – in the compilation charts, with successful compilations such as ‘A State Of Trance Yearmix – Mixed By Armin van Buuren’, ‘De Leukste Kids Hits’, ‘Slam Hardstyle’ and ‘Tomorrowland’.
On the publishing side, Cloud 9 Music is the leading independent Benelux Publisher, representing a wide range of authors and catalogues. Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Fedde Le Grand, Dirtcaps, Daniel Gibson (Within Temptation), Fais, Lost Frequencies, Laidback Luke, Frontliner and Sevn Alias are just some of the names represented by its publishing department. As a sub-publisher, Cloud 9 represents Bucks Music, Ultra Music, Dipiu Music, Roba Music, Scorpio Music, Just Isn’t Music (Ninja Tune), Pen Music and many more.
Cloud 9 Music also has an interest in three other publishing companies. The first is Downtown Music Benelux. Cloud 9 Music has entered into a joint-venture with this US-based publisher with offices in New York, L.A., Nashville, London, Paris and Amsterdam. The focus of this is on the more pop-alternative side of music, with writers and bands such as John Coffey, SOLO HAN, Eefje de Visser, F1rstman, Janne Schra and more.
The second publishing company is boutique-publisher Phrased Differently, of which Cloud 9 owns 50%. This is the home of Nathan Duvall (Disciples / ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ – Calvin Harris) Maegan Cottone (Iggy Azalea / Britney / Olly Murs / Demi Lovato), Andreas Moe (Avicii / Tiësto / Hardwell) and many more. The catalogue comprises over 2000 songs, including singles by Calvin Harris, Miley Cyrus, Iggy Azalea, Tinie Tempah, Britney Spears, Olly Murs, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Little Mix, Avicii and Tiësto.
The third publishing company in which Cloud 9 Music has an interest is its publishing office in Belgium, Tous Ensemble, with Belgium imprints Mostiko and Regi Penxten. The catalogue includes over 60 Belgium single-chart hits from recent years and represents Lost Frequencies, Regi Penxten and many more.
In 2016 Cloud 9 Music also entered into a partnership with one of the leading Dutch Booking Agencies: AT Bookings, home of Ronnie Flex, Mr. Polska, Jebroer, Kaliwboy, Van Dikhout, Van Velzen,Barry Hay and many more. The third partner in AT is Anna Agency, the booker of o.a. Hardwell, Dannic and Kris Kross Amsterdam.
