Geschiedenis

Proef is a cocktail of the following ingredients:
- 1 part foodlab where members learn & train to research & develop food.
- 1 part test kitchen where creativity is translated into prototypes i.e. new flavors, new products, new techniques & methods.
- 1 part food incubator where starters can grow & accelerate their ideas
- 1 part training centre to learn from craftsman (the basis) and to generate new products, processes, applications, materials or services.
- 1 part service club where members are linked in the name of innovative, tastier
and more sustainable food.
Proef offers flexible memberships to gain access to all these ingredients.
