I come to house calls with a comfortable massage chair, fresh towels washed with eco certified products. The treatment starts with a warm foot bath with sea salt & essential tea tree oil to prepare your feet while asking a few questions about your sleep, digestion, general health, specific problems and energy levels in order to design the best possible treatment for your body. The massage is done with a bio certified cream to which an essential oil can be added. During the therapy which extends until mid calf we will, one foot at the time, go trough the reflexology pressure points, some of which might be sensitive, but the sensation will never cross the limits of being unpleasant. As an addition to a typical reflexology treatment, I proceed to a simple realignment of the feet and use Reiki as a tool during the whole therapy. During this +/- 1h15, you are free to talk or just simply enjoy in peace.
