Geschiedenis

I am Bart Denys – physiotherapist, coach, yoga-instructor and freediver with more than 25 years of experience and I am sharing my experience through my online PhysioYoga videos.

I believe that every human being has the capacity to evolve way beyond average and can lead a fulfilling life. All that is needed is the right guidance and the willingness to grow.

PhysioYoga uses the original intention behind yoga-poses, breathing techniques and meditations and translates them into exercises that can be done by every person. Those who want can go deeper into the practice and will find deeper insights in what is usually taught in yoga classes.

PhysioYoga is primarily based on my experience with physiotherapy, Chinese medicine, the Feldenkrais method and Pralaya yoga.
