The network aims to analyse the legislation of EU Member States and legislation of the EU in the areas of migration and asylum.
The academic network for legal studies on immigration and asylum in Europe, was created in 1999 upon the initiative of Prof. Philippe DE BRUYCKER. It brings together legal experts from each Member State of the EU. The network aims to analyse the legislation and policy of the EU and its Member States in the areas of immigration and asylum. The objective is to provide to academics, policy-makers and NGOs a deeper insight into these issues from a European perspective. The working languages are English and French
