Our signature dish, the ramen noodle soup, is prepared with a homemade stock, flavored with shio (sea salt), shoyu (soy sauce) or miso (fermented soy beans) and topped with seasonal and pickled vegetables. We make fresh ramen noodles on a daily basis.
When possible, we work with biological ingredients and local suppliers. For instance, our wheat flour, comes from a mill in the neighborhood.
Every month we change our menu, keeping the choices limited so that we can offer you the best service. Next to our rich, freshly made broths, we offer different Japanese snacks, including sautéed edamame beans and handmade gyoza dumplings.
