Where we can we have sourced locally, but when it comes to our steaks we went all over the world to find the very best. Prepared in the Montague Broiler we serve Gold standard USDA Black Angus beef, Wagyu steaks and the very best from Europe in cooperation with Dierendonck. The wine list takes you once more around the globe for the finest selection of wines for every taste and wallet.
