Master Talent Foundation organizes Certified Work Based Learning Programmes because you only learn from a master.

Geschiedenis

Master Talent Foundation aims to establish an international network of people and organizations via talent development programmes.
The network evolves through the organisation of internships, the exchange of knowledge and insights of individual talents and between organizations and businesses.
Master Talent Foundation offers students who have graduated in a specific field of expertise the opportunity to realise a customised learning path via certified work based learning programmes. This Work Based Learning programme lasts minimum 1 month and maximum 6 months. The certified Work Based Learning programme customised for each individual student is developed by the Master Talent Foundation.

Ik heb zoveel geleerd over banketbakkerstechnieken, over hoogwaardige ingrediënten, hoe ik slimmer en sneller kan werken en ook over het beheer van een bedrijf, dat was erg belangrijk voor mij omdat ik een kleine bakkerij heb in mijn geboorteplaats. Het is ook een geweldige kans om professioneel en ook persoonlijk te groeien, want in een ander land zijn, met een andere taal, cultuur en traditie, haalt je uit je comfortzone. Since the beginning, Mr. Krispijn helped me to choose the perfect place and it was indeed, the right place for me. I learned so much about pastry techniques, about quality ingredients, how to work smarter and faster and also about the management of a business, that was really important for me because I own a small bakery in my hometown. Also is a great opportunity to grow professionally and also personally because being in another country, with another language, culture and tradition, takes you out of your comfort zone.
