Mactac has become a world leader in the field of self-adhesive solutions with more than 55 years of experience (1959).
Products are used extensively for graphic, signage, protection, decoration and personalisation of valuable assets (Façades and interior decoration, cars, boats, motorcycles…).

Mactac products have become leaders in these markets through the establishment of a relentless quality control. In the manufacture of its adhesives, Mactac is committed to sustainable development and environmentally friendly with the development of eco-designed films. In Europe and around the world , prestigious brands such as Nike , Coca- Cola , BMW, Microsoft or Total, chose Mactac media for their visual communication.

Producten

There are three groups of products:

1. Products for Graphic & Decorative applications

Digital Printing Media range - IMAGin
New digital printing techniques now allow decorating specialists to produce small amounts of color posters and large format at an acceptable price.
IMAGin The range consists of papers or films (rolls) developed for digital or digital imaging products including printing inkjet, mounting films, protective films and products for electrostatic transfer .
Application examples: vehicle wrapping, architectural graphics, floor graphics on flat or 3D surfaces...

Protection films range - PERMACOLOR
This range includes self-adhesive films for mounting and protection for digital photographs and images. The PERMACOLOR products protect the sensitive side of the photo aggressive weather conditions, abrasion and UV rays, effectively prolonging the lifetime of the image.
Application examples: image protection set for floor decoration, anti-graffiti film and dry erase films, .
IMAGin and Permacolor product ranges often go together because it is difficult to conceive of digital prints (IMAGin) without protection (PERMACOLOR).

Marking & Digital Signage film MACmark
The range includes all MACmark marking films for CAD (computer-aided cutting) short, medium or long term.
Application example: vehicle decoration, shop window signage decorative panels, ...


2. Industrial Products - Double coated tapes

MACmount
double coated on foam carriers for bonding two surfaces of different shapes.
Example of application: For laying mirrors.

MACbond
Products on thin double-sided carriers to paste two surfaces of the same forms.
Application examples: packaging reclosure system.

MACfilm
A carrier without transfer adhesive system.
Application example: This is a MACbond without carrier. It is thinner and cheaper than MACbond.

MACfoil
aluminum ribbons adhesived.
Application example: Insulation of heating pipes, air-conditioning.

MACtouch
Self-adhesive tapes double-bearer.
Application Example: Installation of flexible electronics keyboards and front panels.

Specialties
self-adhesive materials designed according to customer specifications.
Application examples: Film anti-breakage for the mirrors, polishing and shaping optical lenses.


3. Printing Products

MACPRINT
Paper and adhesive films (sheets) for offset printing labels.
Application examples: Labels all kinds, shipping, labeling drums for variable data surimprimantes laser, inkjet ...

MEDALLIST
A wide range of films, performing paper and adhesives for converting rolls labels for automatic installation on filling or packing lines.
Application examples: Labels all kinds whether labels weight / price, detectable labels by UV ray for the pharmaceutical industry, bottles labeling - oil, cosmetics ....

IMAGin (Label)
Films and papers developed especially for short runs of labels printed by digital printing techniques. The IMAGin range for labels (sheets or rolls) is specified by the digital printing machine manufacturers such as Xeikon, Agfa Chromapress, IBM, Indigo.
Application example: limited edition labels intended to be overprinted with variable data (mailing labels, ...)

MACscreen
vinyl films and polyester (in sheets and rolls) for silk-screen printing advertising stickers, industrial labels, posters and advertising motifs.
Application examples: Promotional posters, window dressing, headbands for mobile advertising (taxis, vans, trains, buses ...)
