Le Seitanist started with a passion for making seitan, savory and with lot's of spices… In 2014 he made it official with 3 original tastes of seitan: seaweed/sesame, peanut, chorizo: named after victorious rulers of the past. Le Seitanist developed a method to make delicious burgers and took it upon his mission - together with Vedge - to make a science out of the making of vegan meat-replacers…
