Laughing Lotus is all about being happy. Because life is better when laughing.

As a (personal) coach I teach Yoga and Dance in different styles and shapes. This can be personal in a one-on-one session, together with your co-workers or friends, in the comfort of your own home or in a place of serenity somewhere outside of your daily routine.

Not only Yoga and Dance makes people smile. Being around the people you love without the pressure or stress caused by the idea that everything has to be perfect, makes a lot of people truly happy. As a former Public Relations Manager, Board Director of a dance studio and Creative Director of divers dance shows I have quite some experience in taking care of shows/projects/events with the highest professionalism and customer care.
