Nous sommes un club familial qui privilégie une approche du judo orientée vers le développement tant physique que personnel grâce à une évolution progressive du pratiquant. L’accent est mis sur l’individu et, grâce aux sessions d’entraînement par petits groupes (maximum 14 élèves), l’élève progresse à son rythme et est incité à donner le meilleur de lui-même.

Wij zijn een judoclub waar een gezellige sfeer heerst en waar voorrang gegeven wordt aan zowel een fysieke als een persoonlijke aanpak dankzij een geleidelijke ontwikkeling van de sportbeoefenaar.
De nadruk wordt gelegd op iedere persoon afzonderlijk en dankzij de trainingssessies in kleine groepen (maximum 14 leerlingen) ontwikkelt de leerling zich op zijn eigen ritme en wordt hij ertoe aangezet het beste van zichzelf te geven.

We are a family club that favours an approach to the judo oriented towards physical as well as personal development, due to a progressive evolution of the student. The focus is on the individual and, thanks to the training sessions in small groups (14 students maximum), students progress at their own pace and are encouraged to give the best of themselves.

Marc Malengré est moniteur de judo depuis quelques années. Il a fait ses débuts au judo club Kraainem où il y fait ses premières armes. En 2005, après 5 ans comme moniteur, il décide de créer son propre club pour y développer sa philosophie. Au travers du judo, il décide de travailler principalement le développement personnel du pratiquant pour que celui-ci apprenne à donner le meilleur de lui-même.

Marc Malengré is sinds enkele jaren judo-instructeur. Hij begon bij de judoclub Kraainem waar hij zijn eerste proef van bekwaamheid aflegde. In 2005, na 5 jaar instructeur te zijn geweest, beslist hij zijn eigen club op te richten om er zijn filosofie te ontwikkelen. Via de judosport beslist hij vooral te werken aan de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de sportbeoefenaar opdat deze laatste leert het beste van zichzelf te geven.

Marc Malengré has been a judo monitor for the last few years. He started at the Kraainem judo club where he made his first years. In 2005, after 5 years as a monitor, he decided to create his own club to develop his philosophy. Through judo, he decides to work primarily on students' personal development, so that they learn how to give the best of themselves.
