The India Platform develops and facilitates new forms of collaboration between Europe and India.
Both Europe and India have undergone serious changes in de last decades. Both face new problems and challenges, and it becomes clearer everyday that neither of them will be able to cope with these seperately. It will be for the benefit of both India and Europe to encounter each other as equal partners in collaboration, rather than as competitors.
The general aim of the India Platform is to develop and facilitate a new form of
collaboration and exchange of knowledge between India and Europe in several domains: science and technology, social sciences and humanities, the business community and politics.
The India Platform currently consists of 6 stakeholders in Europe and India: Ghent University (Belgium), Karnataka State Law University (India), Gokula Educational Foundation (India), University of Aveiro (Portugal), University of Pardubice (Czech Republic) and University of Groningen (The Netherlands).
