Geschiedenis

Since its inception in 2008, GEF has worked on a number of projects across Europe, on many occasions with the support of Green political foundations at national level. Such projects are based on three pillars: study and debate (for example publishing studies and reports, such as the recent analysis of national renewable energy action plans), education and training (for example holding transnational training seminars) and networking Green europe (providing a platform for national Green foundations to cooperate).
GEF will continue to expand its work in 2011 in a range of areas. These include a publication on the rise of populism in Europe, the launch of a website on the Green New Deal and further support to build capacity among citizens interested in Green ideas in Europe.
