We rent completely equipped and furnished studio’s in the center of Leuven. Short & long term rentals.

When renting a flat or studio with us, you will stay at Sint-Jacobsplein 21, Leuven.

The studio’s are located in between the KUL university hospitals and nearby most of the university services. At a five minute walk form the old city center, 15 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute drive to the highway. Also easily reachable by bus. In front of the building is a big square where you can park your car.

We are not a commercial organisation, therefore we personally like to welcome you in one of our acomodations. We are at your disposal any time, to assure your staying with us in Leuven will be both pleasant and comfortable.
