The export market is booming and at the same time subject to strong competition. The customers expect a fast, simple and economic but at the same time high quality service as well as for a complete and integrated service-offering. To succeed in this market, a learned mixture of expertise, specialization and integrated service combined with a generalistic approach are necessary.
Market studies show that both extremes either specialization or generalization are not profitable.

During the start-up phase and initial development of the activities, FDM INVEST CONSULTING will be run essentially by the founding partners. In the medium term, it will become necessary to strengthen the team with local collaborators in Belgium and in Morocco.
The three biggest challenges that our company has to cover to develop into a sustainable business venture in the future are:
1- To make sufficient turnover to be able to recruit collaborators in Europe and in Africa and so be able to deal with orders requiring a large volume of work.
2- To guarantee a good turnover to be able to assure the development of the company.
3- Acquisition and development of customer loyalty of a significant number of customers, with a big potential of recurring turnover every year.
For the moment, we are unfortunately not capable of acting ourselves as an investing partner in profitable ventures. But, after the initial development of the activities, FDM INVEST CONSULTING may operate as an investing partner in Belgium and in Africa in any the business sectors.
The customers are subjected to strong constraints of deadlines and costs and expect a complete and integrated service. Besides, the feasibility and risk assessment surrounding the investment-decisions are a crucial phase in the initial process of a potential investor.
