The FCI Youth Initiative for young dog-lovers worldwide
In 2014, the FCI launched the FCI Youth; an initiative created to encourage future generations in the work of protection and well-being of Dogs worldwide.
The FCI General Committee appointed five young representatives from around the world to develop and share the FCI initiatives towards the youth community. Each of the five elements of the FCI Youth group work as an ambassador for a set of selected countries that are part of every FCI section, according to their geographical location.
One of the main objectives of the of FCI Youth is to encourage FCI member National Canine Organisations in the foundation of youth groups in their country, and to support already existing Youth groups in National Canine Organisations.
It is the FCI Youth´s responsibility to create educational cynological content for National Youth Organisations, young adults, young professionals, and for the general public.
The FCI Youth is a global network of Dog-Youth communities and a source of encouragement for ALL Cynological activities for young dog-loving adults and professionals worldwide.
