The room is part of an old mansion and the original mantelpiece gives an extra charm to the room. The room is located directly at the frontdoor, no steps to do climb. There is a central heating in the room provided by a new condensation boiler on the 3th floor of the house. The ventilation goes through a ventilation system D. There is a toilet with a second sink in the room with an entrance outside of the room.The kitchen corner is provided with a table, two chairs, a coffee machine, a microwave, 2 cups, saucers, plates and two bowls to heat a dish in the microwave.
