The European Law Students’ Association aims to provide a platform for law students to acquire and develop their skills as well as guide them into professional life. ELSA Belgium is one of its national groups that oversees 8 local groups.

Geschiedenis

Founded in 1986, ELSA Belgium is one of ELSA's 44 national groups. It is among the biggest and most important law students’ associations in our kingdom. Active in eight major universities in the country (Universiteit Antwerpen, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Université de Liège, UHasselt, Université Saint-Louis and Université Catholique de Louvain), the association has the potential of reaching thousands of law students, through the action of its local groups.

In ELSA Belgium, we try to prepare students for their future professional life. We try to open their minds to all the various career opportunities that law within Europe can offer. Our two decades of experience have taught us how to attract among our ranks top European - and International - minded law students. We offer our members the best extra-curricular events in the field of law, for which we get the best in return! We keep it interesting and fun!
