"BATS has been staging amateur productions in Antwerp for over 50 years now. The Belfry, our club house, has moved about a bit during this time. Our last location, Paardenmarkt 111, closed down and currently we live a nomadic existence, renting storage place/rehearsal space/stages as the need arises.Our usual season's programme consists of four main stage productions including the panto, in which up to a hundred BATS, young and old, are involved. Our traditional panto has become an essential part of the Antwerp Christmas scene. Whatever your skills or experience you are always welcome to join in - on stage or backstage!"
