Geschiedenis Ship ahoy! After sailing the seven seas we dropped our anchors in the sparkling, enchanting city of Gent. Life is pretty good in Gent, why wouldn't it be? The city is fun and relaxed, the people are charming and welcoming, and our boat is eco friendly and unique! But more importantly, the showers are huge and warm, the beds are big and soft, breakfast is yummie and organic/fair trade, and, hey... you are on a boat! It's not everyday you can be a pirate, you might as well go for it!! Arrrrr We are moored on a lazy canal just outside the city center, you can either walk (1 km), or take a tram if your sealegs can't carry you anymore.
