EBTS Pro Assist's customer-friendly operators are available around the clock to assist in case of a truck / trailer-breakdown. With our five service platforms, we co-ordinate breakdown assistance across Europe in more than 18 languages. This range of languages is combined with know how regarding both tyre and technical breakdowns. Therefore, EBTS Pro Assist is the perfect link between the customer, the driver and the workplace.

EBTS Pro assist's language expertise makes sure that every customer can be assisted in their native or preferred language. Our operators have to be able to respond adequately to any given situation by asking the necessary relevant questions and anticipating the customer’s. The problems reported to the assistance platform have become and are still continuing to become more complex over time, which is why EBTS Pro Assist offers its operators training and technical courses on a regular basis.
