Info Lily’s Granola is a young start up in the very heart of Brussels. It offers a range of original granolas, without refined sugars, with very little sweetener and all handmade! It offers a range of granolas with original flavours such as Quinoa & Lavender, but also classic recipes such as Cranberry & Banana. There is even a savoury granola made with Sweet Potato & Kale chips, that pairs well with thick vegetable soups or sprinkled on salads. The granolas are hand made with well chosen ingredients of high quality, without any refined sugars or additives. They are especially adapted to people with gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance, however they remain a healthy & tasty choice for all conscious consumers. Whenever possible, Lily’s Granola works with producers that are paid in an ethical way, produces with a “zero waste” mindset, brings the organic leftovers to the compost bin of Farm Maximillien and would like to be an actor towards food waste reducing movement by re-using the “spent grains” from breweries in the Cocoa & Figs granola. For the love of good food, but always with respect for Mother Nature!"BELGIAN ORGANIC ARTISAN GRANOLASituated in Brussels North quarter inside the Be Here Sustainable Village, Lily's Granola processes ingredients and bakes granola in an artisan way and in small batches.We open mature coconuts and transform it into coconut flakes and chips, to ensure full flavor when added to granolas such as PURE and EXOTIC. We wash, remove the stem and roast the kale chips, for a full nutrient profile in our savory VEG' Granola. The orange peel in ZESTY Granola takes 1 year of maceration at room temperature before it is added to the recipe, for the elegant, bittersweet notes. For CHOC' Granola we collect, press and dry brewery "spent grains" from Brasserie de la Senne, a small effort to reduce food waste.Enjoy!"
