According to the method of second fermentation (at least nine months) in the bottle = "Método Tradicional"."Brut": the sweetness depends of the amount of sugar in the liquor, for the second fermentation = about 6 gram per liter. "Consejo Regulador del Cava": checks each bottle on quality and authenticity, on bottom of each Cork is a "fourpoint" star. Cava Brut "DON JAIME" has a fruity aftertaste, soft to the touch, no headache days afterwards ... enlightening at every opportunity!
