Frans Masereel Centrum is Belgium’s foremost platform for printed art. In FMC’s multiple ateliers and amidst its scenic rural surroundings, national and international artists, graphic designers and researchers reside, meet and experiment.

Geschiedenis
Frans Masereel Centrum (1972) biedt een werkplaats en residentie aan grafici, kunstenaars en critici die willen werken met diepdruk, hoogdruk, zeefdruk en lithografie, of die de positie van de grafiek in relatie tot andere beeldende kunsten willen onderzoeken. De nadruk ligt vooral op creatie en experiment in het atelier. Frans Masereel Centrum anno 2014 is een grafisch laboratorium waarin de mogelijkheden van grafische toepassingen onderzocht, verbreed, en geherformuleerd worden. Een platform voor het publiek, de kunstenaar en zijn werk.
