Geschiedenis We pass on the ages long true traditional martial arts from japan. Next to our techniques, we are open to discuss the spiritual path of the warrior, taken from the scrolls from amatsu Tatara. We teach here, not only the way of physical training, but also train our mind, our focus and alertness, and about the energies that comes with it. This is a study that takes years and years of practice, something you shall not learn within 2 years. You can train techniques , but every month we apply the techniques shown to a real time training called Randori. Training goes on at the Henry serruyslaan every monday and thursday from 19.15 (gathering) to 21.00 local time, in Ostend.
