B-You Dance is:
a) A conscious dance movement practice conducive to helping you open up to higher levels of consciousness. 
b) A space where you learn enjoy the freedom of expressing yourself in movement and in developing your creativity
c) A space where you co-exist respectfully and peacefully with others whose experiences of life, skill sets and beliefs may be different
d) An open tribune for focussed discussion on specific areas of life with the aim of helping practitioners evolve in their ways of thinking and living
e) A discipline which requires regular practice
f) An arena which offers dances of various lengths: short (2 hours); medium (4 hours); long (8 hours)
g) A space where great music is used as a tool to underline whatever process we're working on
h) a multilevel discipline: with 3 levels of advancement, it offers something for most: those who merely want to get a taste (step-in), or those who'd like to go further in their exploration of consciousness through dance movement practice (level 2: step-through, level 3: step-beyond)
