Info Fondation d'utilité publique Geschiedenis The walter & nicole leblanc foundation (a foundation that is beneficial to the general public) aims at concretising Nicole Leblanc’s wish to promote her husband’s work at international level. Walter Leblanc’s artistic creation places him among the most representative artists of kinetic and optical art. His contribution to this international movement is one of the most striking ones of Belgian art. However, in spite of the quality of his work, it is still little known by the general public. The foundation’s essential mission is to ensure the influence of Walter Leblanc’s work and "to do justice to an artist who deserves a place in the international pantheon of art".
