Info Traditional Ashtanga Yoga in Gent Monday-Friday Mysore practice 6.30am-8.30am & Friday 5.30pm-7pm - Sunday Traditional Led Class 8am-9.30am Geschiedenis Ashtanga Mysore DOK NOORD is a fulltime Ashtanga program following the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Located in the new studio of Yoga-on-Call at DOK NOORD we welcome beginners as well as seasoned practicioners to come together to practice and create a dedicated community. Sophie and Caroline will be teaching at Dok Noord. Both are dedicated students and travel to India every year to study at KPJAYI under the guidance of Sharath Jois. They are passionate about carrying on the Ashtanga lineage in the Gent area and hope many others will join. Come check it out!
