Info Life is about being able to relax Geschiedenis "If not now, then when?" Inspires me to live my dreams, to create what I want now. But it also feels like a lot of pressure, because now is the only time we have so we better have it all figured out. Life teaches us that a lot of us, don't have it all figured out, a lot of the time. So my answer to that is "nownow". Nownow is a South-African way of referring to any period later but definitely not right now. I want to introduce you to this concept. We do have time to figure it out, as long as we are able to relax in the meantime. So I offer private yogaclasses to support others to be able to relax. Because I believe, life is about relaxing. Life is about being able to relax in almost any kind of situation. So I hope to see you soon!
