Geschiedenis
Boomtown is an annual five day music Festival in Gent. Free outdoor shows, and club shows at Handelsbeurs and the Opera House.
Already hosted bands such as DIIV, Tindersticks, Oscar and the Wolf, Goose, ... And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Efterklang, 65daysofstatic, Future of the Left, Centro-Matic, Iceage, Unknown Mortal Ochestra, Sun Kil Moon,  ...

Boomtown is one of the greenest festivals in Belgium. With reusable cups, no-waste catering and low-energy setups, we try to minimize our ecological footprint. And we have our own sustainable bar! Musically, the focus is on young talent, the rich Ghent music scene and promising artists from abroad.Boomtown takes place on the Kouter in Ghent with two stages Kiosk & Alles Kan and in Ha Concerts'.
