Info Team Ghent University will compete in the Solar Decathlon Europe competition in Szentendre, Hungary 2019. http://www.horizon-ugent.be http://solardecathlon.eu Geschiedenis Dear Visitor, The ÉMI Solar Decathlon competition challenges collegiate teams to design and build 1:1 energy-efficient, solar-powered pavilions which showcases the perspective 'Renovation of existing apartment buildings'. Team Ghent University will compete in the Solar Decathlon Europe competition in Szentendre and is the only Belgian collegiate team selected for the 2019 edition. Free to visitors: July 2019 in Szentendre, Hungary. 30' by train and 60' by boat from Budapest. The event features a sustainability expo, education events and a community festival.
