Info Handmade, premium kitchen knives made in Belgium. Geschiedenis I make all my knives from start to finish by hand in my workshop. Which means that I start with a (soft) steel plate and a piece of wood, or another handle material. Other than making the blades, I do the hardening in my shop as well.
