Geschiedenis
Anastasia Christidou is a certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist specialized in Gestalt therapy offering therapy for individual and couples in English and Greek language.
 She also runs Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) courses in addition to offering a diverse programme of events and workshops.

Anastasia uses as her main therapeutic base Gestalt Therapy - a powerful humanistic and existential psychotherapy focused in the present moment, awareness, personal responsibility, choice and self-acceptance. 
Anastasia works with individuals and couples in areas of: social skills & problems, life changes, identity issues, anxiety, fear, stress, emotional intelligence, relationships, loss, depression, self-esteem, occupational & academic issues, psychosomatic issues, cultural adjustments, health & body.

Qualification and Professional Memberships:
4-year postgraduate course/specialization in Gestalt Psychotherapy, BA(Hons) Integrative Counselling, BA Music Performance (cello), Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) Instructor, Dutch Association for Counselling, European Association for Counselling.
