Geschiedenis
The Brody group is one of the most dynamic, innovative and professional project developers in Belgium. 
Brody is part of a European group which invests in real estate in the major European cities. Its main objective is the development of residential projects. Such developments comprise the construction of new buildings and transforming large office or commercial buildings into residential buildings. 
The group develops hundreds of apartments each year. 
Using innovative concepts, the group focuses on residential developments in unique and high-end locations in city centers where the attention mostly goes to creativity and details such as quality materials, contemporary architecture and well-considered use of living spaces. 
The group consists of a team that regularly and actively searches out new projects, a team of engineers responsible for the control, planning and execution of these projects, a marketing and sales team following up on the co-ordination with local agencies and customers and an accounting team to support all these activities. 
Currently, the group is active in Antwerp (Be), Brussels (Be), Deinze (Be), Kortrijk (Be), Mechelen (Be), Budapest (Hu), Odine (It), Cologne (D) and Düsseldorf (D).
