We at TPCL are deeply convinced that the world would be a better place if it were in better hands. We think and feel that to face today’s unprecedented challenges, only technology, people, or a combination of both, will be able to successfully address such challenges.

We need more, and especially better leaders. The world needs better decisions, and decisions are made by leaders. Leadership well used has the potential to improve the quality of lives of millions. And beyond the potential, the responsibility to do so. We feel it is our responsibility to support this. That is what drives us: we want to create value by helping leaders make better decisions.

TPC Leadership was launched in 2000 and is now a Partnership active in 10 offices spread across 4 continents.
Our interventions include individual coaching, team coaching, leadership development training programmes, and open coaching courses - most often using 'blended learning' formats.
