Ultimate Frisbee Team from Hasselt, Belgium

In 2002 a few enthusiastic youngsters, who had their first taste of Ultimate Frisbee in the legendary team “Disc-o-fever”, founded Diabolic Heaven in Hasselt, Belgium. Totally inexperienced but very motivated they worked bit by bit on their Ultimate skills.
Now, 13 years later and a lot more experienced, Diabolic Heaven became a well balanced team, with little over 70 members (and growing rapidly). We play coed (girls and boys in the same team) and have found the right equilibrium between fun, respect and competitive Ultimate. Diabolic Heaven is participating in all Belgian competitions (Outdoor, Indoor and Beach) with teams in different divisions. Click here to see some Ultimate highlights.

Diabolic Heaven’s vision isn’t limited to Belgian borders as we participate in some of the most prestigious tournaments in Europe. every year we go with 2 teams to Viareggio, Italy to play in the Burla Beach Cup.

Diabolic Heaven knows that youth is their future and therefore we pay a lot of attention to our youth education. In the last 2 years our youth program is getting more and more refined, with some terrific results:
At this moment Diabolic Heaven counts over 30 youngsters, which is a growth of nearly 150% in comparison with last year. We didn’t accomplish this without effort of course, that’s why Diabolic Heaven is always trying to spread the warmth and spirit of the ultimate sport, through any means ( media , goodwill , clinics , … ) necessary!

Diabolic Heaven wants to be more than just a sportsteam. Diabolic Heaven is a community based on friendship, good spirit and respect. Last year we decided to adopt a Foster Parent child, so Diabolic Heaven is now a Foster parent, for a little girl from Benin, called Mélanie
On 31/05 DH planted 2 trees in the Kapermolenpark of Hasselt. By doing this DH compensate for the CO2 emission. These trees will absorb 2 tons of CO during their lifetime.
