CongoForum se propose de devenir un "site portail" de référence, consacré au Congo ainsi qu’aux relations entre le Congo et la Belgique. Crée par des Belges et des Congolais , fortement touchés par les besoins gigantesques de la RDC, on voulu établir un forum, une plateforme ou un carrefour pour tous ceux et celles qui s’intéressent au Congo. CongoForum is een pluralistische vereniging, opgericht door Congolezen en Belgen met een hart voor Congo en begaan met de gigantische politieke uitdagingen en maatschappelijke problemen waarmee het land af te rekenen heeft.Het wil een referentie worden inzake berichtgeving van de politieke, maatschappelijke, sociale en culturele situatie in het land. Congoforum is a news portal created in 2005 a group of people, Belgians and Congolese, heavily concerned with the issues and difficulties which the Congolese people have to encounter every single day. Its aim is to become a household name in reference to reporting news of the Congo. Its purpose is to inform, raise awareness and to promote and spur organisations, initiatives and people involved in the development of the DR Congo.
